What affects the price of a wedding or corporate band?
Several factors influence pricing, including:
Band line-up size
Performance duration
Production and lighting requirements
Location and travel
Early setup or extended performance requests
We always provide a clear, transparent quote upfront so there are no hidden surprises.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. To secure your date, we require a signed booking contract and a deposit (usually 20%). This guarantees exclusivity for your event date and ensures the band is fully reserved for your celebration.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance is normally due three months before your wedding or event. This ensures everything is organised well in advance and gives you peace of mind leading up to your big day.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, particularly for peak summer weekends and luxury London or Midlands venues. While last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, early enquiries give you the best chance of securing your preferred date and line-up.
What happens if we need to change our date?
If your event date changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate new dates subject to availability. Specific rescheduling terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Performance & Music
Can we choose the songs?
For weddings, we will happily learn and perform your chosen first dance live. For party sets, we use carefully curated medleys and setlists designed from years of live performance experience to keep dance floors full and energy high. You’re welcome to provide a list of songs or genres you love, as well as any “do not play” requests, and we’ll tailor the vibe accordingly.

Do you perform first dances live?
Yes. We learn and perform your chosen first dance live, creating a personal and unforgettable moment before opening the dance floor for your evening celebration.
Do you take requests on the night?
Our live sets are carefully structured to maintain energy and momentum throughout the performance. If there are key songs you’d like included, we recommend discussing these with us in advance so we can shape the setlist around your preferences.
How long do you perform?
Our standard performance consists of 2 x 60-minute live sets. Larger line-ups can provide 3 x 60-minute sets. We can also offer extended performances or DJ services if you’d like the celebration to continue later into the evening.
Do you provide background music between sets?
Yes. We provide background music between live sets to ensure a seamless atmosphere throughout the evening. This keeps the energy flowing and avoids any silence between performances.
Can you provide a DJ?
Absolutely. We can arrange a professional DJ service to complement the live band, maintain energy between sets and continue the party after the final encore.
Setup & Technical Requirements
How much space do you need?
For a 6–7 piece band, we typically require around 6m x 5m of performance space. Larger line-ups will need additional room. If your venue is more compact, we’ll always work with you and your planner to find the best possible setup.
How long do you take to set up?
We usually require at least two hours to set up and complete a full soundcheck. For evening receptions, we commonly arrive around 4pm to ensure everything is ready before guests enter the space.
Can you set up early?
Yes. If your venue requires early setup to avoid disruption, we can arrange this in advance. Additional charges may apply, and all details will be confirmed clearly within your quote.
Do you provide your own PA and lighting?
Yes. For all UK weddings and corporate events, we provide a full professional PA system and lighting rig. For international events, we hire trusted local production suppliers to maintain the same world-class sound and performance quality.
Do you bring a sound engineer?
Yes. We use professional sound engineering to ensure crystal-clear vocals and powerful, balanced audio in every venue.
Do you need a power supply?
Yes. We require a safe and reliable power supply to perform. For marquee or outdoor weddings, we recommend discussing options with your venue or planner. We can also work with generators when required.
Can you perform outdoors?
Yes, provided there is suitable cover and access to safe power. We regularly perform at outdoor receptions, marquee weddings and festival-style celebrations.

Have you performed at luxury venues?

Do you perform internationally?
Absolutely. We specialise in destination weddings and international corporate events across Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
What costs are involved for destination weddings?
For international bookings, clients are responsible for flights, accommodation, ground transport and locally hired sound and lighting equipment where required. We coordinate logistics carefully to ensure smooth planning.
Do we cover flights and accommodation?
Yes. For international events, clients cover flights, accommodation, ground transport and equipment hire if necessary. All travel requirements are clearly outlined in advance.
Do you transport equipment abroad?
For UK events, we provide our own professional sound and lighting equipment. For destination weddings, we hire production equipment locally through trusted suppliers to ensure high-quality results.
On The Day
What do the band wear?
We perform in classy, modern attire, typically black and white. We’re happy to coordinate with your wedding theme or dress code, whether black tie, glamorous or relaxed festival-style.
Do you require food and refreshments?
For full-day weddings and international events, we kindly request a hot meal and soft drinks to keep the band energised. For shorter daytime UK performances, catering is not required.
What happens if your schedule runs late?
We understand that weddings and events don’t always run exactly to plan. We are flexible within reason and can adjust set times to suit your timeline. Extended performances or additional DJ time can also be arranged if required.
Who is our point of contact?
Your enquiry and planning process will be handled personally by Jess or Tino, who oversee bookings and event coordination. They ensure clear communication from your first enquiry through to event day.
